The main purpose of this layout was to show contrast. I guess I've been doing a lot of that lately,
because of this book I read. Anyway. It was supposed to portray sunlight, as you see by the
squigglies on the left, but with the sun came the beach, so that's why you see blue. As for the
stars...I really don't know. Think starfish? LOL. They just looked good.
So...yeah. As you can see, this layout is not made for any sites with extensive navigation
requirements. More of a bloggy kind of thing. I did add navigation on the top, but feel
free to get rid of them altogether. XP
Another usage note for this layout is that for the content, there's a table embedded inside
a table due to my use of a background for the content area. My hope is for you to just copy
and paste the entire table area marked in the code instead of typing all the code again.
Speaking of my use of a background inside the table - because there is a bottom section
for the content, if you don't type enough content(which is not a lot), it will cut off the
background.

All areas are marked clearly in the code so you should have no problems with this layout.
It's pretty simple since it's a table layout. =D
Download and unzip the layout with Winzip
Open index.html with Notepad and edit the content/navigation.
Upload everything onto your server and have fun. ^.~
